Good point, i think my battery was only £2, it was just to be able to use an old spare torch, i also use it as a micro battery bank...you definitely need high drain batteries for the high lumen torchesThe Vapcells are tested and definitely are 1500mAh, but they won’t run torches on turbo for long because they can’t deliver the higher amps needed. For that I’d use a Vapcell H10. But, both the Wurkkos Ts10 and HD10 have a habit of burning out the LED on turbo.
What’s the brand of your RCR123? 1800mAh is overstated, they aren’t big enough to hold that and it’s more likely around 850-1000.

When I bought a Hilleberg a year ago, I was phoning around various shops trying to get military discount on Hilleberg tents (shops that offered military discount on other items) and I got the same response from numerous shops, that Hilleberg do not allow retailers to discount their products.

I agree it's the polar opposite of my usual style, but I don't think many outdoor brands make garments in bright colours anymore, plus the camo is at least £30 cheaper than any other colour. At least it might make it a little bit harder for the dog handlers to spot me
Are these any good? I only have experience with their backpacks, which is my EDC and basically lives with me.
I've never owned anything from Helikon before but from all the reviews I have read or watched on YouTub it seems to be of good quality.
The synthetic insulation used is a very good and durable insulation. I had set myself a budget of £200 for a new insulated jacket using this insulation or Primaloft Gold so it's saved me a load of money.
I'll be using this as a belay jacket, to don over the top of all other layers when I stop etc.
