I was going to say that there is no reason that I couldn’t give a lift. I aim to be on site from the Thursday, so will be all set up by then on Friday. No problem making a run to the stores,
Going to the store is the real distance adder. The shops are all in the opposite direction, will add miles.
For info, the whole way from the station to the site can be done, and most directly, on footpaths, no walking on lane verges required. Not that 1.5miles is nice after a long train ride, so not suggesting this instead of a pick up.

View attachment 96397Thanks for this info Chris! I hasdn't realised you don't need to walk along Tanner's Lane. I came by bike last year and forms that last stretch a bit hairy, with traffic. I see what you mean about the food shopping! I'll see what I can pick up on the way and what I'll have capacity to carry. Def want to minimise car trips for anyone. Just don't know if I can carry all my gear and food for 5 days! It's good to know I have a backup if it gets too hard. Cheers!
