Lottery ticket may not be a bad idea, as regards skill was only 20 yds in the garden whilst bow tuning so luck had a lot to do with it

I've killed the nock on home-made wooden arrows, but the Al tubes are way more impressive! Good work!
Having done traditional archery for the past 6 years, I knew I was finally improving when my ratio of "Robin Hoods" started to climb.
I have a glass jar on my workshop bench with all of the destroyed nocks from my "Robin Hoods"- at last count there were 15 of them.
With carbon fiber arrow shafts, this skill improvement starts to get EXPENSIVE.
