This time it was only two of us and we went right up north into the highlands.

Cairngorms
Loch Ness
Island of Skye
Queen Elizabeth Forest Park
Galloway forest

we visited some of the old spots from last year and they were as good if not better this year. now for the pics.

Any chance of a kit list and cost breakdown of your trip? :)
 
kit list was two men and a van load of kit and toys to test. cost well it was with van rental and including fuel cost £280 to £300 each we did over 1200 miles of driving.

What boots are they in the 'horizontal relaxation' pic? I'm after another pair of boots with a bit more comfort than my Rangers which are tough ol boots but not very comfy for a long walk. :(

Love Scotland to bits, especially the Highlands, been all over exploring various places but that wilderness is something else. Looks like a fantastic trip. :D

Very diverse on the temp by the look of your pics! Which are stunning, btw :) Can't believe you hardy ladz, no UQs.... You got up close and personal with the fauna too by the looks of it.... venison at the next few meets then??!! Can't wait to hear about it all!!!
