I've just got a trangia mini, it's nice to go lightweight and it works well when I'm biking too as I use it mainly to boil water for rehydrated meals. These help me keep hydrated on the long rides. As for the meals I just did a search on here. Currently frying up some grated courgette with some red onion and a little chili. Goes well with tagliatelle or any other pasta and super easy to make...
