As some of you may be aware, I had a bout of sickness from October to January (most of it being house bound), a stint in hospital, long time off work etc.
I've had this for 7 years now and have just had first hand experience of the severity of this disease, I've decided to raise awareness and funds for the NACC by undertaking some challenges.
It would be very much appreciated, by all sufferers of Colitis and Crohn's disease (not just me) if you would be kind enough to pop along HERE
I must admit, the inspiration came from Walking with dogs, so thank you WWD.
