Had a great day at the Yorkshire living history festival in the grounds of Sledmere house today.

Lots of Romans, knights, archers and American civil war reenactment. Some nice leatherwork, spinning and other traditional crafts going on.

Really great day out for the family. Anyone else go?

No. but once bumped into a 'section' of Roman legionaries while out for a bimble near Bath (actually maybe it was Chester), that was cool so I can imagine how good your day was.

All I've had is the b@@@@y Olympics all day. Wish I was there.
