Hi Eds,
I'm in Bradford and have quite recently got into mushroom foraging in my local woods. However I can already identify quite a few and have an awesome book by Roger Phillips which is tremendously useful. I cooked up a few of the ones I could 100% identify, common yellow russula, amethyst deciever, bay bolete and jews ear. Some were quite tasty!
