WTT knife for bivi bag

I have an Al Mar SERE 2000 lock knife in pretty good nick that i would like to trade for a green goretex bivi bag (either Brit or Dutch). The knife has been lightly used and sharpened twice, a few scratches on the blade etc but its still very good. The bivi bag should be in very good condition, definitely no holes or tears. Hi,
Pictures as promised. The scratches on the blade arent that visible at all, there is some wear on the paint on the edges of the pocket clip. The paint is also worn off on the logo on the blade.
