lady of tanith has very generously bought me a place on woodsmokes bowyer course in june-yes i am a very spoiled man
anyone done it? anyone booked on this one?
any pics/tips/suggestions etc?

I did the Woodsmoke Autumn food course last year.
Such a beautiful place to be surrounded by so much knowledge!
You will have a brilliant time Sam , Ben and Lisa and their team are great inspiration.
Wish I was coming too!Post some pics.

Woodsmoke course are pretty good, I have done a few of them now.....not alot compared to some I have met down there. nice pressie

Anyways I might see you there. I was planning to go for the bowyer course next year. Just need to check time off and jwhat pennies I have available for it. I will give you a shout if I am going nearer the time.
