That's it - the weather has been too nice and my feet are getting itchy.
I'm off out this weekend.
However, whilst thinking about what grub to take with me I decided I wanted something easy - just open a can of something, heat it up, and that's it.
And I've set my little heart on won ton soup.
I bloody love the stuff.
But I've never found a good one in a tin. I've tried the Blue Dragon one, but wasn't that smitten with it.
Can anyone recommend a good won ton soup, available in any supermarket?
If all else fails I suppose I could get some from the local Chinese takeway and warm it up later...mmm...
Cheers.

Bushcrafter (boy, I've got a lot to say!)
I can't help with the dumplings, you could try this:
Spring greens such as nettles top, hogweed, bistort.
Shredded bullrush shoots.
Qualitiy chicken or fish stock cube.
Noodles
ear fungus shredded.

Simmer hogweed first and them disgard water, Other greens and the ear fungus should be simmered in the stock, when well cooked and noodles. A meat tossed in five spice and grilled over a fire is nice added to it.
