I could have sworn we had a "FAIR GAME" forum on here. Oh well, I suppose this is close.

As the title says, wish me luck; I'm off on a fishing trip into the Gulf of Mexico tomorrow. I was invited my my daughter's mother (don't ask the backstory, LOL) She and I and my/her oldest grandson will be going on the company trip arranged by her employer on a trip targeting Red Snapper specificly. We board the Destin Princess at 06:30 and leave the Destin Harbor at 07:00 and return at 13:00.

As the moon's at (or very near) Perogee, the tides, and thus the fishing, should be good.

Have a great time! I'm more than a bit jealous. The only time I have had Red Snapper was when I was in Port Charlotte a couple of years ago. Tasty!

We had a GREAT day!!! Me James and Barbara all caught our legal limit (two Snappers each) for a total of 29 pounds!
