Winter Projects

I'm told my project will be to put up the bookshelves that were last winter's project.

I've done this now- only a year late. I've also finished my own priority task of changing the main use of the garden tool shed to my own workshop AKA "mancave".
All the tools are sharpened, cleaned and are all in their properly organised places. All I need now is the project, so I'm following this thread with interest.

Building a new water boiler to replace the stupid electric immersion nonesense.

Two oil drums, copper pipe coiled, proper couplings, steel pipe and lots of fire-proof insulation... then I'll be able to heat the water in my house using wood, gas, petrol, diesel etc

I've rethunk my winter projects a bit.
1 pimp my snow smock. Ive got some jacquard ribbon coming and some wooden toggles. Want to open out the cuffs.add a hood retaining thingy.
2 more wood carving in general.
3practice my winter skills with boone style kit.
4 feather sticks
