Wouldn`t like to say Nick as I`ve never worn it in the wet, I would say showerproof but not prolonged rain, cats and dogs, heavens open waterproof.

I wore my black one out the other day and it was like someone turned a powershower on me - I had a fleece on underneath and was dry. If it went on a while, or drizzled all day you'd want a waterproof but I was gobsmacked how well it worked.

Anyway, I'm happy enough with my self image and don't give a flick what others think, if they are worried about a bit of DPM thats their problem and in my view makes them a shallow person for just judging on looks plus its snobbery at its worst. As it happens, I only own a couple of bits of DPM kit, but it would worry me not if DPM kit came along at the right price and did the right job for me.
