I use a strip of oven liner, 10cm x 30cm with a hem sewn in each end so it can be held in place with a paper clip or a couple of wire tent pegs.

Yeah cut up a heavy duty disposable foil tray. Pound shops etc

Second that. I add two small bits of wire coat hanger to each end (roll foil around them) to allow it to be spiked to the ground.

Super cheap and light. I only put this in my hillwalking stuff for light weight along with a coke can stove. A trangia triangle is my choice with a trangia burner. Solid.

I used to use Aluminium cooking foil, folded a few times to make it a bit thicker but eventually invested in a Trangia Triangle which I really like, fllat pack, light, easy to assemble.... suits me!
