They look like a few tasty fish. I used to catch some good 'uns in the Falkland Islands and the tasted a bit muddy when they had been in the rivers, but the silver fish from out at sea were delicious.

the method was ,give or take a bit,a plain pole fishing set up as used in days gone by,8 foot hazel stick,line and hook baited with lob worms,a sturdy line and large hook are the order of play,30lb mono and a size 4 carp hook (raptor?.)
the sewen was my second of the season,the first being only 2lb.the brownies were indeed smoked in my home made cold smoker! one i dry-brined and smoked,bit of an experiment to see how long it will last.
