Looks like Wild Camping will be finally legal in England and Wales just like it is in Scotland. The new legislation is apparently coming into effect in June!!

IF true, there will have to be some alterations to the existing trespass laws - mind you, it's early days, the largely UNELECTED house of "lords & ladies" WILL NOT LIKE IT - "that place" is full of landed "gentry" and other landowners. The only type of legislation they cannot legally hold up is financial...
