I just wondered what the all round best army knife is.
are there any secret gems that are overshadowed by the SAK?
Tell me what you think:o

The British army knife was pretty good. (small folding one)

And the MOD survival knife seems to do pretty well.

Ka-bar??

The British army clasp knife... No bells and whistles, does exactly what a knife should.... Cut things, really well

Another vote here for the British army jack knife. The Smatchet was pretty cool too..FS knife...
I also like some us military knives like M3's, Ka-bar ect...

Its gotta be the British army personally!

Dutch army knife.
It's a Victorinox,with a lock and several useful items.

I have one of those too stekker,an excellent knife,i used to carry one everywhere, however having a locking blade it stays in my pack now.

Like the others i use a british army clasp knife with marlin spike.

That's pretty much it then... I doubt there is a member of this forum that wouldn't, with confidence, recommend a Mora as a brilliant all-round bushcraft knife to anyone.
