Where to get willow?

My brother is planning to make a coracle and is looking for a supplier of suitable willow for weaving. Where's best/ cheapest?

Thanks for the offer Woodstock but I asked him how much he wanted (we were discussing it yesterday) and turns out he is now planning a canoe instead!
