where to get unvarnished wooden handled bush knives from?

hello everyone, wow i forget the last time i was on here :/? sadly i have been battling my health and kinda 'disapeared' for a while there.

while stuck at home (waiting for news on surgery) i have picked up the craft of Pyrography! which is the art of burning illustration onto wood

i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get bushcraft knifes with a wooden handle that haven't been varnished yet, as i would like to do a special pressie for my dad and of course should that go well, i may buy more to burn and sell on! (or offer commissions etc)

Pretty much all knives are oiled not varnished well I wouldnt buy one that had been varnished.
