Where to get fire lighting bits 'n bobs

Hi all,

I am running a bushcraft and fire lighting area at a Green Fair just south of Bath this weekend (link here if anyone's interested) and ideally would like a few pre-made bow drills, some steel strikers and fire sticks for people to try/buy - anyone know where is a good place to get them? RM site is a bit pricey so not sure if there are alternatives as I haven't been shopping for a while!

Karrimor brand firesteels are £3 from Sports Direct if that's any good? Bought one myself and they work brilliantly

I'd steer away from pre-made bow drill sets. I did buy one ages ago from Eb-y (doh). It never worked!

John Fenna should be able to sort you out with some flint and steel sets, gathering some bits for bow drill sets shouldn't be that hard.
