Where can I have a large heavy duty tent custom built (or such a tent modified)?

I volunteer for a charity (FSC) who own and use a LOT of tents (Forest School Camps, if anyone is interested). We have a good few large old tents (think MOD style stuff, really built to last, like this), and some similar newer stuff (significantly less built to last).

We can repair our old tents ourselves, but really we need to buy some new similarly strong ones (built like they used to!), perhaps in a similar styles, perhaps to our own design (this would be really useful). Regarding the latter: we can do all the drafting ourselves, produce patterns and supply materials, but we would need a professional to actually stitch the tents together.

Does anyone know where I could feasibly have new tents made on a fairly large scale (say 5 - 10 units) out of very strong heavy canvas? Or where such tents as we have at the moment could be modified? Or anything even remotely related to those? I've reached out to a few sailmakers, but thought this might also be a good place to ask...

Thanks!

PolymahArtisan, I suggest that instead of producing more of the same tents, that instead you have tipis made. The tipi is the best design ever invented, warm in winter, cool in summer. Given that we now have to contend with anthropogenic global warming & climate change, I think the proper canvas Plains Indian tipi would be the best choice.
Regards, Keith.
