Where can I get birch bark tar?

I want to play around with some Otzi style arrows and need a little very thick (read solid) birch bark tar for feather adhesive. I'm not in a position to try to make my own - anybody know of a source please?

Just looked it up - Stockholm tar is distilled from pine trees. I have pine pitch - I specifically need birch tar.

Make it yourself. Reasonably easy to do and add another home made touch to your arrows

It says that you can use the 20 gram block for 12 arrows.

I have put in an order on their site, but was not presented with any way to pay. I guess they'll get back to me when they come back from the holidays at the start of January.

And you are correct, it does say in Dutch on top that new orders won't be taken untill january 1st.

i got some birch glue sticks through it due to lack of time for projects
