I was supposed to be away at a bushcraft and primitive living skills weekend tonight at a school I have been on a few courses on but obviously I have not made it. Something came up at work and I am now in a posh hotel typing this when I could be swinging in my hammock waiting for the birds to welcome the first day of spring. I am gutted because I have been looing forward to this weekend for ages.

Seeing as we are not far gone from Paddys Day I will say slainte leat ( cheers to you ) pronounced slawntia lat.

I still wish it was the birds that were going to wake me this morning and not my alarm clock.

sadly im at work, lunchbreak time, nearly 2 am here five more hours till i get off ,an hours drive home then..... maybe a liitle nip of something from isla to help me sleep.

3 in the morning here, and I've just managed to get the next version of a test web site working and uploaded.

A quick beer, and then some sleep - about 5 hours then I have to get up and go to London.

Half way through my shift at the casino - finish at 7, home by 8, in the woods with dog and brew kit by half past to kick back for an hour or so before bed.

Here at Zulu +8 I have just taken a break from clearing up the garden and dismantling the kids rope bridge as we are moving house next week.

Have a nice fire going too for BBQ lunch, more tidying up then a few cans of Chang - a nice Thai Lager that is perfect for a tropical evening
