A recent announcement at work
"As part of the Green CWD initiative, a meadow area has been set aside by the River Hoe (next to the new build Warspite area) in which wild flower seeds are being scattered to help encourage wildlife. Anyone interested in helping to scatter the wild flower seeds is invited to meet the team on the meadow at 1200 on Wed 7 May. People are welcome to bring their own packets of wild seed to be mixed with the flower seeds provided."
So what do we think would be suitable, the site has been disturbed in the recent past by building works and the river they talk of is more streamlike with cat tail reeds. Any recommendations would be appreciated I'll be buying them this weekend. Thanks
