An airbed or camp bed with insulation gets my vote, or perhaps a 4 poster with servant.

I wouldn't mind even if you had intended to contradict my views! It's all good.

I agree with you about sliding on a slope - with any of the inflatables this is much more of an issue. There's a lot more friction with CCF, so less sliding. But I always aim to camp on the level.

Any particular reason we revived a year-old thread?
