What to do with an old jacket?

an old leather jacket that is?

any ideas?

Lots of pouches I think.

If it's thin laminate it into double thick sections for sheaths, archers arm bracers and slingshot pouches. If its a one piece sleeve turn it into a quiver using a disc of plywood and a hoop of clothes hanger wire. Cut the bottom off a sleeve and stitch a circle of leather to close one end, punch holes into t'other to lace it closed for a big pouch.
