What to do with a mink pelt?

A neighbor told me a weasel was killing his chickens every night, so I set a trap. Turned out to be a mink. Don't know what to do with it, but it has a nice winter pelt and it seems like a pity to let it go to waste.

See if you can trap another and breed them until you have enough for a coat
Maybe a mink hat? Similar to a "fox hat" I'm told like Prince Charles.
Seriously though what about a real quality insulated sheath?.

Well, the people who had the chickens have decided to immortalize it by having a taxidermist mount it. It's destined to become home decor.

They lost 22 chickens in three nights, and only have four left. I'm surprised they didn't want to put it's head on a pike.
