I have a couple of old Paramo fleeces coming to the end of their lives. Their press stud cuffs are the best feature I've ever had in a fleece. Having the ability to roll sleeves up last the elbow is great for regulating heat. I also love the parameta fabric; quite wind resistant but not too hot.
What choices are there for a fleece with full length zip and cuffs that can be tightened or loosened enough to push up past the elbow? Not too hot and not too cold?
