Old army wool blankets are fantastic, luckily mine was a prezzy and it's great. Seems a good buy to me but I'm sure others on here can point you in the direction of the best deals.

I doubt it, looks rather thin (OK for converting into clothing I suppose.) & you have no guarantees it is what it's advertised as......Yugoslavia dosn't exist anymore so either it's very old or a fake. ........on the other hand it could be Croation or Serbian surplus but their stuff isn't always stored in the best of conditions nor of the highest quality.

Came across these blankets the other day, only 80% wool but they look good quality.

copper_heads seems by far the better by, nowt wrong with a 80/20 mix imho.
I picked up two from my local charity shop today for £3.50 each, both with the 1940's utility stamp on.
If stuck it is always a good idea to give Kev a ring at Endicotts and see what he has .
