I'm tooling a leather cover for an old cylindrical hipflask I have - stuck for a design direction. What would you have?

A skellington (not a skeleton; that would be creepy): Think "day of the dead". Perhaps frollicking with a drink in hand.

Those animals look really cool, particularly the bear and deer!
Although i also think this is a fantastic idea!

If it was a round hip flask, I'd definitely have a compass rose on one side.

But a cylindrical... a quote spiral wrapped around maybe?

"Laughter maybe the best medicine, but a good bottle of whisky makes a good band-aid."

Animal for me, my current one is a pewter number, 6oz with a cock pheasant on the forest floor and it says underneath 'the field'. I love it but to each their own :)

I have this book. It has lots of illustrations like the one posted. Used versions are selling for 1p! There are lots of alternatives on Amazon too.

Don't actually have that much room, and the poll seems to be going for celtic knotwork - so I did some designs.

Any favourites? (Keeping mine a secret for now).
