What bivi have I got?

I belive I have the Dutch army one before they went goretex. It is the one with the cotton or canvas bit at the top with straps in the same material.
I damaged it and was looking for mods before repairing and reproofing however I cannot seem to find it at all so if anyone has a clue would be great.
Will try and post pictures tomorrow if no one has the proper name before then.
