website builders?

well i have done my fund raising for my explorer unit and now the plan to get a nice new modern website built for us, i have basic html experience and i feel it would be better for a more professional builder to do this. we are looking for something modern but simplistic that i can update easily.

our budget is around 100 to 150 gbp

so ideas where can do this for me
