Waterproof Pants or Overtrousers

I'm in the market for a new pair of waterproofs for work (Rain FX for TV mostly) and cant decide on Overtrousers (usual stuff like RAB or maybe 5.11 Patrol Pants, etc) or to go for trousers with a waterproof membrane like Pinewood Mufflon, Deerhunter etc.

Can anyone recommend a good pair? around £100.

I got some of these the other day, very similar to goretex.

Edit, just had a nosey at the label and whilst I would buy 32w/ 32l for general trousers it appears I went for 34w and short leg for the waterproofs. They aint short leg like Craghoppers are to me.

I bought some laksen trousers last winter.....can't recall the style but they are the best outdoor wet weather trousers I've owned. Comfy to wear all the time apart from hot days.
