Warning, when ordering from Spain, and UPS woes.

Bushcraft Spain have been very apologetic, it is now coming via DHL, but how easy it will prove to get a refund off UPS I don't know.

so it will take foreign companies some time to wake up.

Some might object so much to being UK tax collectors that they just let it be.

Some smaller european suppliers have given up exporting to the UK altogether, it's not worth their while.

I had a great experience with Bushcraft Spain last December. Communication was very good and delivery took 3 days with DHL.

I have been able to secure a refund from Paypal, as I paid the customs charge this way, I would add that as a recommendation for Paypal at least.

UPS customer service is the very worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered a knife form.the Netherlands and ran into some issues with customs. I had to call UPS about 20 times, often getting bounced around and literally hung up on. The issue did not get resolved in the end. I avoid UPS wherever humanely possible nowerdays
