Worst case scenario: get a Swedish Army Snow Smock, dye it green, wash in some Nikwax.

Definitely not as good, but definitely cheap

Got that covered fella! ( Swedish smock )
And my smock in Norway this year was double Ventile!
( And worked a treat! )
Its just that I run hot and find it too hot for the rest of the year!
Missed a couple resently so thought I would take a punt and see
if anyone had one for sell!
