I'm looking for a piece of real fur to make a hood ruff from.
Some years ago a friend worked in Norway and brought back a superb smock with a fur hood ruff that could be removed (it fastened with poppers/snaps) that I remember was very effective in cold weather. I want to make a similar ruff for a smock I have. I think it was reindeer fur, but will consider anything suitable.
