Hi Everyone

Having just finished handling a blade given to me over on the gift it on thread I've kind of been bitten by the bug. I'm looking for a blank around £30 - £40's and I've seen a couple on commercial sites but I'm not sure about quality of individual brand names. Obviously Enzo is very popular and I've been considering the Elver. But looking around Linder blades seem cheap - are they any good, or do you get what you pay for?

However I'd also like to see what makers have to offer - I'm guessing most is probably out of my budget range but I'd rather give the money to a crafter than to a big company

Any help, offers etc. would be appreciated.

Cheers

Mike

Enzo has a good rep ~ I bought a flat D2 trapper blank and it's become my main user. My only reservation about it is that I'd prefer it to be a tad longer in the handle.

If you're up for something not off the peg, have a look at Dave Budd's knife blanks ~ link . I have a folder he made as my EDC ~ very easy to get it scary sharp.
