You can use cheap kids crayons to try it out Tengu.
At it's most original form it's just coloured earths embedded in beeswax. So, coloured candles, or make a lake from natural dyestuffs (ground bark or spices like cinnamon are good) and melt into plain cheap off white candles.
It's kind of fun to do
Makes good 'green man' type things with the whole 'natural materials' type thing

Damn.......sounds fun but i wished i had the slightest clue what you both are talking about!........lol
Ill have a go at that, I have a few crayons at home. I found a stylus at the car boot, and it looks like fun
