Hi Pignut Winfields in hull have the Gelert Solo for £25.00 though not as good as the Banshee which John is selling at a silly price!! Vango make good tents too.

If it's just for one trip in good weather i dare say you could "get away" with a Tesco/Asda cheep and nasty!

i certainly recommend Vango, i have one (sorry not selling) and it's seen me though all sorts, very high winds, 6" of snow and torrential rain!

I use the gelert Solo too. Great wee tent. £30 plus p&p on Evilbay.

Argos have a solo tent on at 1/2 price at the mo. I've heard it's not bad for fair weather type camping.

I got one at half price two weeks ago, there was mixed reviews online apparently the first lot of stock was the mutts nuts but after that the quality has been hit or miss, I set it up on Monday there but was not impressed with the build quality so returned it.
