Just been in my local 99p store and they have now just started to stock their camping stuff. when i was there, they had, enamal cups, walking sticks, fire lighters, ground sheets, torchs, pen knives. i have bought there ground sheet and walking sticks before and they do last.
Also the pound stores as well might have their stuff out as well
