Very annoying pins!

High folks!

Does anyone know the best way to tighten kydex pins? I'm talking about the ones which are a screw at one end, and then a round smooth surface on the other. Whenever I try they just spin round and round!

If they keep spinning then they may have been tightened as far as they will go.

If you mean the whole unit is turning around, then don't worry about it, unless it's so loose that it actually rattles on the kydex sheath - in which case a small dab of evo stik between the sheath & the 'pin' should be enough to fill the gap & keep it quiet.

If you mean the screws of the 'pin' are actually rotating in the housing and coming undone, just use a screwdriver on one side and a pair of pliers on the other to hold the housing while you tighten the screw up. If this still doesn't work, try it again with some loctite on the threads before you tighten them up.
