veg help please !

Hi All,

few q's for a veg grwoser newbie,

this spinach ? - cant remmember what i sowed here

Also are my carrots ready to harvest ? - not sure when to pull

last is a grass ID, that has appeared in a bucket with a palm ? clues what it is ?

Hard to be 100% from a photo but certainly looks spinachish!
Carrots in a tub like that I'd tend to stick my finger into the soil and feel how big they are

The first picture could be Spinach, but it could also be Swiss Chard, I have some chard growing in a tub at the moment and the leaves look very similar, as for the carrots I usually think about picking them when you can see the orange part just poking above the soil.

The grass could be millett (spelling possibly not right)
