Hi

I have two questions.
The first is about Vanguard products. Are their products durable and tough?

Because I wonder if their MOD Survival Knife is well made, thorough steel, good wood handel and the sheath is not going to break easily.
Is there anyone out there who knows and can give me some answers?

And to the mods / admins, I searched and could not find any thread about this.

Hey up mate, iv had one of these in the past and although they are ok.. They aint great either. Suppose it depends what you want though.. These are really big heavy knives with a lot of chopping, battening abilities. But they can make tiresome work after a long period! All i can say about the handle, rivets and sheath is CHEAP. You get what you pay for.. i ended up rehandleing the knife and making a new sheath and it worked for me a lot better!! By the way, im not trying to put you off, just fill you in ;)

As you probably know, these are cheap replicas of the real Army issue ones, which i would recommend more, if your lucky anuf to find one.. :)

Hope iv helped!
