I have a set of "ricebowl" style bowls that a pal turned for me and they are used on a regular basis while the spatulars and a couple of spoons I whittled are in constant use in the kitchen. The spoons may not be as pretty as yours - but they feel good to use:)
I love the duck!

I should have said the duck bowl and spoon (Swedish style) are mine but the lovely serving slice with the peppers was made by a friend and very talented carver Peter Kohidi in Hungary. I used to collect lots of nice spoons to use as inspiration when carving, these days I collect spoon and bowl images from the internet which is far easier.

What better enjoyment than to be able to used things you made yourself eh.

Part of the enjoyment is making them but another part is using them. :)

Looking great Robin. Each time recently that Ive suggested showing how to carve a spoon or other item to a friend, they've rearly got into it.
Funny how normally excited folks can be quiet for hrs happily whittling away.
