Useful hiking trousers - ideas please

Elen, Dougster has some gaberdine trousers with lots of pockets for grabs in the For Sale section. Even if not your size there is a link to a supplier with other sizes.

note I use a prior version of these that I modified for my particular needs/wants - the mods that I did were to replace all the buttons on the pockets with hook and loop closures (my hands don't work all that well due to tremors and buttons are a problem for me especially buttons on the back pockets), replace the draw string closures at the ankles with shock cord, and threaded a gutted 550 cord belt through the waist band for comfort while backpacking. I love the internal dividers in the cargo pockets - they keep stuff well organized for quick access.
