Uploading pic trouble

Having trouble uploading a pic from off my iPad . I have tried following the tutorial but it says s roll down to ( miscellaneous options ) I carnt find it a were.

Are you trying to upload a picture directly from you Ipad? If that's the case then you can't as only full members have that privilege.

Ordinary members have to use a photo hosting site like Photobucket or Flikr and link to the stored picture there
