Woke early again this morning and didn't fancy tackling the Kuska still half asleep, so I had a go at a sheath that I said I would make for Carl (Mentalnurse). He forged the blade himself at Middlewood Meet and with John Millingtons help finished it off.

The blade is forge finished and John did a really clever and effective handle by burning the wood and raising the grain. I tried to think how I could continue the theme and attempted to give the sheath an antique look. I have fully lined the sheath with a lovely soft calfskin which is in the same colour "Walnut", He hasn't seen it yet so I hope he doesnt mind me showing it off for him.
