Ucp dying or spray

I’ve ordered a molle 2 pack from states but it has the bright camo ucp I think
I read you can dye it with rit dye but you need to keep simmering the water. I doubt I’m going to have a saucepan or metal bucket big enough so not practical really. Any one had success with sprays or I could maybe just lob it in trug of hot water out side and let it sit in the dye maybe

I just used a big bucket and poured in hot kettle after hot kettle - let it steep for a bit.

So no cauldron required.
