Has anyone used this company before??- looked on here and found a few links but no feedback.

I'm thinking about placing an expensive order but don't want to without any opinions on service etc first.

Depends what your after. I looked at the LED lenser and thought they were a little pricey over other companies.

I thought that too. But the holster etc that I'm after seems reasonable, but wanted some feedback before ordering as Ive never heard of them.

Yes I've used them and found them to give a very good service - very quick. As I recall I got a free little torch with the Lenser set I got. All still working well!

I have purchased around 6 torches from them and a lantern. The lantern was faulty upon arrival, still factory sealed so can't hold torchdirect responsible for that. One email later and the torch was on its way back to them and returned 2 days later - great service.
